Job Requirements:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems.
- Provide technical assistance with network connectivity, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.

What would trainee learn?
- As an IT trainee, you are often required to help and deal with technical support cases that come up, providing aid to members of the team and managers as required.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in procurement or supply chain; experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-versed in procurement systems and Excel.
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Procurement / Supply Chain or related field. Experience in hospital pharmacy or in procurement of pharmaceuticals will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate with required qualification and interest in this area are acceptable.
- Well-versed in procurement systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and ability to email at a highly proficient level.
- Technical understanding and cost accounting skills. Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective written and communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
